WORLDS DIRTIEST SPORT
Over the past years Worlds Dirtiest Sport has comprised of anywhere from one to 15 musicians. The founder and sole constant of this project is kevin branstetter (co-founder of trumans water). The project was started as an outlet when one or more other trumans were unavailable. Now that kevin is living in france he has decided take the next step with this project and make it permanent. The songs tend to be less jagged than the trumans compositions. A little more melody perhaps. Still, the spirit of improvisation and joyful noise is adhered to ecstatically. WDS is finally going on their first tour and is in the process of recording their first album. For this tour they will be working as a duo incorporating guitar, bass, voice, loops, pedals, laptop (kevin) and caroline branstetter will be contributing bass, piano, voice, laptop and pedals.
